Return and Refund Policy:
All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number, which is provided by the seller and valid for 7 days after the date of issuance. All used, resalable items will be accepted for credit and subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the sales price (to help cover costs incurred to process, prepare and transport the order). Each return must have a tracking number and that number must be sent to the seller upon shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the buyer does not abide by our policies.
